Verification Forms – Notary Public Services in Ontario
Notaryspace helps you complete verification forms by witnessing signatures, commissioning sworn statements, and confirming identity where required.
In Ontario, verification forms are commonly used to confirm information about a person’s identity, employment, income, education, residence, eligibility, or other personal and financial details. These forms are often requested by employers, landlords, schools, government agencies, insurance companies, and other organizations to reduce fraud and confirm eligibility.
Many verification forms require you to swear or affirm that the information you provide is true and complete, and to sign the form in front of a Notary Public or Commissioner of Oaths. Notaryspace can assist by witnessing your signature and completing the required notarial section.
